Barry Cryer Signs Publishing Deal With CelebrityPress® To Co-Author New Book
Barry Cryer will team up with several of the premier business minds of our time to release the new book, Game Changers by CelebrityPress®.
Jarrell, Texas – September 1, 2016 — A select group of leading experts and entrepreneurs from around the world have joined together to co-author the forthcoming book titled, Game Changers. Nick Nanton, Esq., along with business partner, JW Dicks, Esq., the leading agents to Celebrity Experts® worldwide, recently signed a publishing deal with Cryer to contribute his expertise to the book, which will be released under their CelebrityPress® imprint.
Game Changers is tentatively scheduled for release in fall 2016.
A portion of the royalties earned from Game Changers will be donated to Entrepreneur’s International Foundation, a not for profit organization dedicated to creating unique launch campaigns to raise money and awareness for charitable causes.
About Barry Cryer:
Barry was raised by a single mother who worked very hard as an apartment manager, and a grandfather that was an entrepreneur, but a product of the baby boomer generation. Barry worked as a machinist and worked on starting various kinds of businesses until 2009. When the economy slowed down across the United States the company he was working for had the third or fourth layoff in the fifteen years of working there.
The day that layoff took place Barry went home and told his wife that they needed to find a way to control their own destiny; this was in February 2009. Mother’s Day, May 10, 2009 Barry went to a three-day seminar on how to invest in real estate and that was the day Barry had found his new love for business. Barry signed up for a very expensive eight-course package without talking it over with his wife. October 2009 Barry and another gentleman became partners and bought their first fourplex. March of 2010 Barry and his wife bought their second fourplex and sold it in April of 2010 for a decent profit and that is when his wife came onboard full force. April 2011 Barry and his wife purchased a forty five-lot mobile home park and they worked hard to get it turned around and very profitable. August of 2013 Barry finally took the two missing classes to acquire his real estate license so he could share his knowledge and talents that he had been trained to do during the investing classes and business classes that were taken along the way.
Barry is ten months away from getting his Broker’s license and they are looking forward to growing their real estate business. Barry and his wife believe strongly that their success will come by helping other’s along the way. Barry donates twenty percent of his commission to charity and his clients get to choose where ten percent will go so it’s like they tithe on behalf of their client. Barry will ask his Realtor’s to follow his path but only to suggest it because there is not any better feeling than help others. Barry helps his clients navigate the online world of real estate and is very comfortable with a computer, tablet, and a smart phone. With the information age we live in it is real easy to find good and bad information regarding real estate. So how do you know if the website you found has good information or bad information without being trained? The problem is you don’t and that is why you would want to hire someone that has over six hundred classroom hours of training and several years of help others find what they are looking for and also someone that has bought and sold their own real estate. This could very well be the largest investment you will make, so don’t try and go it alone. Hire a professional.
