Board Certified Plastic Surgeon, Dr. Verne Weisberg on Benefits of Mini-Tummy Tuck.

Dr. Verne Weisberg, founder and owner of The Plastic Surgery Center offers advice about the mini-tummy tuck, suggesting the procedure is great for anyone who can’t get rid of fat and sagging skin below the belly button with diet and exercise.

Portland, ME, July 13, 2016: Owner and Founder of The Plastic Surgery Center, Dr. Verne Weisberg posted a new blog on his website entitled, “Get that Sexy Belly Ready to Bare with a Mini-Tummy Tuck! Dr. Weisberg recognizes that nothing’s as frustrating as working hard to get six-pack abs only to be foiled by a stubborn area of sagging skin.

Verne Weisberg (New)Weisberg writes, “You’ve been working hard all winter and spring to get in shape for the summer. You’ve dieted and done your abdominal workout every day.” He continues adding, “But for some reason there’s that little pouch of fat and sagging skin just above the pubic area that just won’t seem to budge. This stubborn area is preventing you from showing off the results of all your hard work.”

“Don’t give up hope,” says Weisberg. He elaborates, “There is a cosmetic procedure that can get rid of that seemingly immovable layer of sagging skin and fat giving you what you are looking for – a flat, firm, athletic looking abdomen. A mini-abdominoplasty or mini-tummy tuck is the answer.”

According to Weisberg, “Unlike a full abdominoplasty, a mini-tummy tuck is perfect for anyone who is in good health and pretty good shape.” He adds, “This modified tummy tuck uses a C-section like incision to tighten muscle and remove excess lower abdominal skin. If your area of concern is below the belly button you could be the ideal candidate for this procedure.”
