Business Coach and Author, Ahmed Abdulbaqi, Raises Questions About Time Management

Best-selling Author and Business Coach, Ahmed Abdulbaqi, suggests that the way business owners think about time is a clear indicator of how successful they are or ultimately can be.

Jedda, Saudi Arabia – August 21, 2017 – Ahmed Abdulbaqi, The Growth Coach franchise owner, and co-author of The Art Of Success with Jack Canfield, posted a new article on his company website entitled “Time Management: Myth or Mindset.” Mr. Abdulbaqi sees time as a gift that when balanced and used mindfully leads to success.

Abdulbaqi asks, “How do you think of or perceive time? Do you think of it as something tangible to be strictly controlled? Or do you think of it as a tool that can be masterfully used to your advantage?” He continues adding, “Your perception of time is an indication of how well you use it.”

Ahmed AbdulbaqiAccording to Abdulbaqi, “Time management, which some people also call “personal productivity” is something that some people spend their entire careers studying and attempting to help others define and master.” He adds, “According to Psychology Today, “Time management is the ability to plan and control how you spend the hours in your day to effectively accomplish your goals. Poor time management can be related to procrastination as well as problems with self-control. Skills involved in managing your time include planning for the future, setting goals, prioritizing tasks, and monitoring where your time actually goes.”

“To successful business people,” Abdulbaqi says, “time is money.” He elaborates, “Being time sensitive is an important aspect of successful business ownership. Time wasted is the same as money wasted.”

Abdulbaqi anticipates a question his readers may have. He writes, “So, you may ask, why am I discussing time management?” He answers, “The simple reason is that one can get so wrapped up in time management that they actually lose sight of what’s really important. Time management can leave one little time for any real work. As a species we tend to go to one extreme or the other and I’m advocating balance in the realm of time management or personal productivity.”

“Time is one of the many gifts of life that we are all given at birth,” says Abdulbaqi. He continues adding, “Each day contains 24-hours. Everyone has access to the same number of hours no matter where you are on this planet. If you think of time like an invisible asset or tool that you learn to master rather than control, you’ll have a better sense of the mindset I’m suggesting you cultivate. The whole idea behind time management is to be able to work smarter rather than harder.
