Chandra Worthington Hits Amazon Best-Seller List with The Road to Success

Chandra Worthington recently hit several Amazon Best-Seller lists with “The Road to Success” co-authored with Best-Selling author and speaker Jack Canfield.
Atlanta, GA. – October 16, 2016 – Chandra Worthington, founder of In the Box Management Solutions and Designs, LLC, recently worked with several leading entrepreneurs and professionals along with Best-Selling Author® Jack Canfield, originator of the Chicken Soup for the Soul® series, to co-write the book The Road to Success. CelebrityPress™, a leading business book publisher, released the book on September 1, 2016.
On the day of release, The Road to Success achieved Best-Seller status reaching as high as #3 in the “Direct Marketing” Amazon category as well placing #17 on “Sales and Selling,” #48 in “Entrepreneurship,” #58 in “Marketing,” and #83 in “Marketing and Sales.” Chandra Worthington contributed a chapter called “When College is Not an Option: 10 Strategy Tips for High School Students to Find Success.”

Atlanta-based Chandra Worthington currently serves as Founder and CEO of the project management consulting firm In the Box Management Solutions and Designs, LLC (MSD).
MSD offers an online program to assist new project managers in producing deliverables equivalent to those who have been in the field for several years. Her company also partners with high school systems to offer project management training programs to help decrease the number of students entering into low paying wage jobs, focusing specifically on those not college bound. Chandra has always enjoyed helping others and she and her family make it a tradition to help those in need as often as possible. Growing up, one of her dreams was to find a way to help the homeless and, with that being the end goal, she created a solution that will help in reducing the number of people who may become homeless due to unfortunate circumstances.
With four children of her own, Chandra realized that not every child will attend college and each child learns at his/her own pace. When a student chooses not to attend college, this creates issues for everyone involved in their lives. Chandra’s solution is to partner with the public school systems and re-evaluate the skills that are currently being taught to students and to bring those skills more in line with those required of higher paying positions via a two-year program and internships.
Chandra has a proven track record of leading both onshore and offshore work teams, while leading and managing diverse projects for both Fortune 100 and Fortune 500 companies. Among Chandra’s specialties, she works with clients to provide solutions in IT Life Cycle Management and as an IT Infrastructure Program Manager, while providing savvy team leadership and business continuity acumen.
In 2005, Chandra was certified by the Project Management Institute and is a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt. She has over two decades of diverse senior-level and entrepreneurial career experience in the Information Technology industry. Her former roles include Senior Project Manager for Bank of America, Program Manager/ Senior Project Manager for SunTrust Bank, Senior Project Manager for TMX Finance, Consultant Program & Project Manager for Home Depot, Senior Project Manager for eTrade and Project Manager/Developer & Consultant with Heritage Unlimited/Avery Dennison.
She is the co-chair of the Luxury Committee of the Women in Technology organization focusing on high school girls in the STEM program. Chandra has worked with great motivational speakers such as Steve Harvey and Lisa Nichols and organizations such as True Colors. In her spare time, she enjoys karaoke, bowling, cooking, listening to great music and spending time with her family and friends.
