Nashville, Tenn. – June 12, 2012 – Michael D. Ponce, of Michael D. Ponce & Associates, PLLC, has joined a select group of America’s leading attorneys to co-write the forthcoming book titled, “Protect and Defend: Proven Strategies from America’s Leading Attorneys to help you Protect and Defend Your Business, Family and Wealth.” Nick Nanton, Esq. along with business partner, JW Dicks, Esq., recently signed a publishing deal with each of these authors to contribute their expertise to the book, which will be released under their CelebrityPress™ label.

Michael D. Ponce is certified as a Civil Trial Specialist by the Tennessee Commission on Continuing Legal Education, and Board Certified as a Civil Trial Advocate by the National Board of Trial Advocacy. He is also a member of the American Bar Association, the Nashville Bar Association, Tennessee Trial Lawyers Association, and American Association for Justice.
