Executive Director/Founder of Human Interest Organization, “I Am a Force4Good” Brenda Schubach Focuses on Farm Fresh Sex Trafficking

Founder and Executive Director of I Am a Force4Good®, Brenda Schubach dishes up unappetizing news and statistics about city to farm sex trafficking practices in America as part of her ongoing mission to help bring violence against girls and women to an end.

MILWAUKEE, WI – March 16, 2015 – Brenda Schubach, Founder and Executive Director of I Am a Force4Good, a human interest company creating opportunities for women around the world recently posted a new article on her website entitled, “Is City to Farm Sex Trafficking Tainting Farm to Table Freshness?” The article focuses on a growing trend in America by organized crime that is more profitable than the illegal selling of drugs and weapons.

Ms. Schubach writes, “ Farm to table food is all the rage in America. Has anyone feasting on that freshly harvested kale or tender, just-picked Brussels sprout considered what happens on American farms dependent on male dominated farm labor, besides the growing of precious food?” She extends an invitation, “Chew on this tasty morsel of information as related in a recent Newsweek cover story:

“Sex trafficking flourishes in areas of male-dominated industries, such as fracking and oil boomtowns, military bases and, as a slew of recent court cases and victim accounts show, farm labor camps. The U.S. Department of State estimates that traffickers bring some 14,500 to 17,500 people into the United States each year.”

“I AM A FORCE4GOOD”, writes Schubach, “is working to educate girls and women in America and around the world who have been the victims of violence. We are giving them real skills that will help them start, run and manage their own businesses so they are not vulnerable to the empty promises of those looking to prey upon their innocence and force them into lives as sex slaves.”
