Health And Exercise Franchise SuperSlow Zone® CEO Madeline Ross To Speak At Corporate Wellness Conference

Madeline Ross, CEO of exercise franchise SuperSlow Zone®, will be a featured speaker at the Club Industry Conference 2008 on October 17 in Chicago, Illinois, focusing on corporate wellness.

Orlando, Fla. – October 9, 2008 – SuperSlow Zone, LLC® CEO, Madeline Ross, will be a featured speaker of the Corporate Wellness Section at this year’s Club Industry Conference in Chicago, Illinois.  This event is billed as the conference and exposition for health and fitness facility management.  Dr. Deborah Harding, MD, founder and managing member and medical director for MD One-on-One, will join Ross to cover the topic of corporate fitness and wellness. Ross will discuss the benefits of SuperSlow Zone® and Harding will discuss MD One-on-One in the corporate environment as a catalyst for employee production increases, the long-term health of employees, a company’s Return On Investment (ROI), as well as the benefit of corporate wellness on the “system” as a whole including the company, family, health insurance companies and the medical community.

“My focus at the corporate wellness conference will be how a company implements a new, or enhances an existing, wellness/health management plan. I will provide what I see are the ‘best of class resources’ for this. Specifically regarding the ‘exercise component’ of corporate wellness, which is a requirement of any worthwhile plan, I will outline what produces results and thus return on investment (ROI) for a company. It has to be ‘on-site,’ clinically-controlled, like the standards used for medical labs, convenient, safe, efficient and effective,” Ross explained. “SuperSlow Zone® is ‘on-site’ three ways: built inside the company, a modular or a mobile SSZ. SuperSlow Zone® is THE choice for corporate wellness exercise.”

SuperSlow® has been the leading strength training protocol for more than 26 distinguished years.  The SuperSlow® method is an expert-supervised, 20-minute, twice-a-week, strength training protocol that has proven to be the safest, most efficient and effective form of strength training available. SuperSlow Zone’s® clients are men and women of all ages who seek a professional health and exercise service that delivers maximum results in a minimum amount of time.

“My goal,” Harding said, “is to talk about the best technology, smart science and the medical assessment that is the basis of the plan to optimize people’s health, fitness and energy. You have to have all three to support a client in being and doing more than they ever imagined.  I have spent years learning, and still continue to learn, to make the best medical assessment as the basis for care and support of my clients. You have to have this as a starting point.”

The conference will take place October 15 -18, with exhibits on October 16 -18.  Madeline Ross and Dr. Deborah Harding, MD will speak on Friday, October 17, between 2:00 and 3:30pm.
