Victoria Grove, health care systems expert, recently hit five separate Amazon.com best-seller lists with “More.Better.” book.

Orlando, Fla. – March 18, 2013– Victoria Grove joined a select group of the world’s leading experts from a variety of industries to co-write the book titled, “More.Better.: The World’s Leading Experts Reveal How to Get More Out of Business and Life With Better Results.” The book was released by CelebrityPress™ – a leading business book publisher.

Victoria’s interest in helping people to get better health care began years ago, first through her observations at work.  Later, she became even more resolute after hearing many stories from people who had received ineffective treatment.  Some had been turned away from medical providers with no help for their suffering.  She has studied these issues and is working on a web site to serve as a resource for people who need help in this area.

She worked in the health care field for twenty-five years, first while attending the Universities of Iowa and Minnesota, then as a full time clinic administrator, group problem solving trainer and health care management consultant. She also spent time doing complex freelance work for an eminent psychologist.  This led to the creation of a small business “Ducks On A Roll,” which involved working with other professionals.

Finding a challenge in identifying institutional problems and implementing effective solutions, Victoria has been working on ways to help people navigate the complex health care system.  Too many people are harmed by the medical system, which exists to help them.  Communication is an area that is often implicated in unexpected poor results.  Many of these errors can be avoided by using simple communication strategies.  She is an advocate for improving health care outcomes.

On the day of release, “More.Better.” reached best-seller status in five Amazon.com categories – The book reached best-seller status in the Direct Marketing, Marketing, Entrepreneurship, Small Business and Entrepreneurship, and Marketing and Sales categories.
