Kennedy’s International Franchising, LLC is announcing the sale of the remaining Master Franchise Territories for Kennedy’s All-American Barber Club® in the state of Florida. 

Orlando, Fla. – December 29, 2009 – As Kennedy’s All-American Barber Club® franchises take root across the country, the latest territory to be sold will encompass the entire state of Florida.  Kennedy’s All-American Barber Club® is a barbershop franchise concept that uses a patent-pending membership-based system to add recurring revenue opportunities for its franchisees.   

Recently, an investor group purchased the remaining available master franchise territories.  This purchase will exclude all of the current Kennedy’s Barber Club® locations currently in operation throughout the state.  The investor group plans to add approximately one hundred Kennedy’s All-American Barber Clubs® throughout the state over the next five years.

Exercise Franchise SuperSlow Zone® at Silver Creek Holds Client Appreciation Event to Benefit Next Door Solutions

SuperSlow Zone® at Silver Creek, in San Jose, California, recently hosted a client appreciation event which benefited domestic violence charity organization, Next Door Solutions and others.

San Jose, Calif. – December 22, 2009In support of Next Door Solutions’ annual Holiday Boutique event, the SuperSlow Zone® (SSZ) at Silver Creek extended their reach through their client base.  Acting as a drop-off point for donations, SSZ Silver Creek provided to their clients, as well as the community, a delivery point for gifts supporting the domestic violence charity organization.  

The Silver Creek location of SuperSlow Zone® held a somewhat-rowdy “blind auction” in their client appreciation event Friday, December 11th, where clients had the opportunity to, well, “pay back” their instructors by working THEM out!  The proceeds from the auction went to Next Door Solutions, whose director, Jeanne Huber, was amongst those bidding to put Marie Ortiz and instructor Julie Vaiz to work.  The SuperSlow Zone® staff was extremely pleased with the enthusiasm shown by their clients and the community at this year’s event.

“Not only did we get a great workout – I was actually sore the next day! – But, we were able to do so in a way that benefitted those dealing with domestic violence” noted owner and general manager, Marie Ortiz.  SuperSlow Zone® Silver Creek accumulates “workout points” for their clients over the year, and issue them out in December.  Their clients then have the option to use those points for credit toward their own workouts, or to donate toward special causes.

“In economic times like these, I’m happy to note that 95% of our clients opted to donate their point value toward not just Next Door Solutions, but the National Multiple Sclerosis Society and National Diabetes Society,” remarked Ortiz.
