Trash Out Company REO RESQ Founder, Frank Patrick, Explains How Property Preservation Can Help Neighborhoods Recover

Posted by Lindsay Dicks on Apr 28th, 2010

Frank Patrick, founder of field service company and property preservation franchise REO RESQ™, writes how a properly secured foreclosure can help make a huge difference to a neighborhood.

Scottsdale, Ariz. – April 28, 2010 – In a recent blog post by Frank Patrick, one of the country’s top property preservation and trashout experts, Frank discusses how foreclosed and abandoned homes are causing neighborhood blight across the country at an alarming rate.  In the blog titled “Property Preservation: Helping Neighborhoods Recover,” Frank describes how having these foreclosed properties properly secured and maintained can make a huge difference in the safety and value of these neighborhoods.

“We all know that property preservation is the biggest foreclosure business opportunity. But it’s also the most important. As I’ve written before, property preservation helps neighborhoods be safer and more secure. Abandoned homes are currently adding to community blight all across the country,” wrote Frank Patrick.

“The slowness of the financial institutions that own these homes to deal with them has been frustrating to cities everywhere. So they’ve tried to take matters into their own homes. Unfortunately, they’ve just replaced the bureaucratic inefficiency of these financial institutions with their own bureaucratic inefficiency,” Frank continued.

Citing scenarios in New York City and San Francisco, Frank points out how some local governments are overwhelmed by the number of foreclosed properties and have found it extremely difficult to keep the properties maintained.

Frank’s nationwide franchise, REORESQ™, is helping entrepreneurs all across the country start up and successfully operate property preservation franchises.  Frank believes that 2010 will provide incredible opportunities for field service companies, property preservation contractors, and trash out businesses.

In addition to being the founder of the property preservation franchise REO RESQ™, Frank Patrick is also the founder of American Society of REO Specialists™ (ASREOS). Patrick has recently been featured in Newsweek, The Wall Street Journal and USA Today for his expertise and success in the REO Sales and REO agent training industry.

“These are big companies who need to sell these foreclosed homes, not just homeowners like you and me who want to move to a different house. That’s why it’s very, very important to conduct yourself in a way that will put them at ease and gain their trust,” Frank continued.

Field Service Company REO RESQ™ Founder, Frank Patrick, Gives 6 Reasons Why Property Preservation Business is Hotter Than Ever

Posted by Lindsay Dicks on Mar 22nd, 2010

Frank Patrick, founder of mortgage field service and property preservation franchise REO RESQ™, writes how foreclosure clean out jobs continue to increase, making property preservation one of the hottest business opportunities around.

Scottsdale, Ariz. – March 22, 2010 – Frank Patrick, one of the country’s top property preservation and mortgage field service experts, recently penned an article explaining why property preservation will continue to be the biggest foreclosure business opportunity around – and will grow even faster in the months to come.  In the article titled “The Property Preservation Business Opportunity: 6 Reasons Why It’s Hotter Than Ever,” Frank discusses how it’s easy and fast to get into the business, how banks have a huge ‘shadow inventory’ of foreclosed homes and how the foreclosure rate will continue to rise.

“If you live near a high-foreclosure area, you will find yourself in immediate demand if you establish yourself as a professional, responsible property preservation company. That comes from having the proper training – and once the national master contractors who hire mortgage field service companies are aware of your reputation, you could find yourself working from Sunday through Saturday if you want, just to handle all the properties that require servicing,” wrote Frank Patrick.

“Once you learn the basics from a trained professional, foreclosure trash-outs are easy – and you can also hire and train additional crews to do your work for you and expand your business quickly.  What makes all the difference is having the proper training to successfully start a property preservation business,” Frank continued.

Frank Patrick also emphasizes how his nationwide franchise, REORESQ™, is helping entrepreneurs all across the country start up and successfully operate property preservation franchises.  Founded with his brother Scott, they have already trained many franchisees and launched incredibly successful property preservation careers for people who had never done that kind of work before.

Frank Patrick, Mortgage Field Service and REO Specialist, writes about what REO agents can expect in 2010.

Scottsdale, Ariz. – March 18, 2010 – In a recent blog on http://www.ASREOS.com, Frank Patrick points out the remarkable potential in 2010 for those interested in entering the REO industry. These include REO agents, REO brokers, REO Sellers and other REO companies.  The blog, titled “2010’s Incredible Potential For REO Agents,” explains how “what was a small niche of the real estate market has become a domineering force.”

Scottsdale, Ariz. – February 12, 2010 – In a recent article by Frank Patrick, one of the country’s top property preservation and mortgage field service experts, Frank reflects on the property preservation industry boom of 2009, and the incredible opportunities that 2010 will provide for field service companies, property preservation contractors, and trash out businesses.

Frank Patrick is the founder of The American Society of REO Specialists, or ASREOS.  ASREOS is a national trade association founded in 2008 to assist ASREOS members in making contact with banks, lenders, asset management companies and property preservation companies that need competent REO professionals to service their REO properties.  ASREOS also enables members to network in a professional and supportive environment and offers ongoing dynamic, cutting-edge REO resources to help members grow their business and their own personal performance in the REO marketplace.  ASREOS also provides a comprehensive directory of REO professionals for banks, lenders, asset management companies and property preservation companies.

Scottsdale, Ariz. – February 8, 2010 – According to a recent article by Frank Patrick, one of the country’s top REO (Real Estate Owned/Bank Foreclosure) experts, a continued increase of foreclosures are destined to hit the market throughout 2010.  This onslaught of new foreclosure properties, or REO properties, will create a strong demand for field service companies, property preservation contractors, and trash out businesses.

Frank’s recent article, “More Government Action: More Property Preservation,” calls for swifter government involvement in helping to maintain foreclosed properties. “As more and more foreclosed homes are left vacant and in bureaucratic limbo, more and more neighborhoods and communities all across America are facing the health, safety and social hazards presented by these unsecured, uncared-for properties, which continue to deteriorate,” wrote Frank Patrick.

Frank goes on to highlight a recent ordinance passed by the Aurora, Colo. City Council that charges lenders to register foreclosed properties. These charges have created an increased revenue stream for the city, as well as an increase in the utilization of property preservation services.

“As more and more counties and communities like Aurora work to fix the foreclosure problem, property preservation experts will be more in demand than they already are, truly making it the biggest foreclosure business opportunity available,” Frank Patrick continued.

REO and Foreclosure Trash Out Specialist, Frank Patrick, Discusses How To Become an REO Agent

Posted by Lindsay Dicks on Feb 5th, 2010

Frank Patrick, Property Preservation and REO Specialist, writes about how to break into the hottest category in real estate, how to become an REO agent and how to get REO listings.

Scottsdale, Ariz. – February 5, 2010 – In a recent article on http://www.ASREOS.com, Frank Patrick points out the remarkable opportunity for those interested in making money in the REO industry. These include REO agents, REO brokers, REO Sellers and other REO companies.  The article, titled “How To Become an REO Agent and Get REO Listings,” explains how REO (Real Estate Owned) properties are currently the biggest-selling home category in America.

Frank Patrick wrote, “The key to how to become an REO agent is to understand how to work with REO Sellers. It’s a very different dynamic than working with “normal” real estate transactions, as you’re not dealing with the actual homeowners. Rather, you’re working with large companies, many of them not even located in the same state as the REO property in question.”

Frank explains that a great resource for getting inside the REO arena is ASREOS, the American Society of REO Specialists, which offers all kinds of benefits to its membership, consisting of both REO veterans and beginners to the business.

The American Society of REO Specialists was founded in 2008 and is guided by the following four goals. First, to assist ASREOS members in making contact with banks, lenders, asset management companies and property preservation companies that need competent REO professionals to service their REO properties.  Second, to enable ASREOS members to network in a professional and supportive environment. Third, to offer ongoing dynamic cutting-edge REO resources to help members grow their business and their own personal performance in the REO marketplace, and finally, to provide a comprehensive directory of REO professionals for banks, lenders, asset management companies and property preservation companies.

The online home of ASREOS (http://www.asreos.com), the American Society of REO Specialists, is growing in leaps and bounds to help REO professionals gain a competitive edge and get access to these lucrative listings.  ASREOS is the first REO trade association founded by REO experts, and it features advice from top REO agents, access to an exclusive database of over 130 REO sellers, and profiles of its members in an online searchable directory of REO vendors that banks, lenders and asset managers can utilize when looking for local agents to list and sell their REO properties.  Find out more at www.ASREOS.com.
