Local, urban-land designers Don Martin and Alberto Vargas play key role in Winter Park’s recognition.

Winter Park, Fla. – May 8, 2007– The American Planning Association awarded the city of Winter Park the 2007 Innovations in Neighborhood Planning Award. Martin & Vargas DESIGN played an influential role in the receipt of this award with its distinctive urban designs. Urban-land-design experts Don Martin and Alberto Vargas teamed up with the city of Winter Park, Fla. to help revitalize much of the city including Hannibal Square and New England Street. Martin and Vargas’ urban designs were the foundation for the city’s award.
