Scottsdale, Ariz. – February 8, 2010 – According to a recent article by Frank Patrick, one of the country’s top REO (Real Estate Owned/Bank Foreclosure) experts, a continued increase of foreclosures are destined to hit the market throughout 2010.  This onslaught of new foreclosure properties, or REO properties, will create a strong demand for field service companies, property preservation contractors, and trash out businesses.

Frank Patrick, Property Preservation and REO Specialist, notes that due to the recent government moratorium on foreclosures, a backlog of home foreclosures will increase the number of REO homes.
