She works with major companies, educational institutions and organizations throughout Texas.

In spring 2008, Texas businessman and entrepreneur Harvey and Marjorie Mabry purchased the master license for SuperSlow Zone® in Bexar County (San Antonio). Harvey’s corporate experience includes working for H.E.B. Grocery Stores, a privately-held supermarket chain with more than 300 stores throughout Texas and northern Mexico as President of Retailing. I was not trying to do that, but over the last 6 months of consistently coming to SuperSlow Zone® and making increased progress, my inches have really gone down.  I feel better and younger than I have in years.  I get compliments all the time.  Overall, I feel that I am pushed to my limit each workout; achieving strength goals I never thought I could reach and feel better than I have in years.  I am addicted to SuperSlow Zone®.”

SuperSlow Zone® – Sarasota, Fla., a distinctive health and exercise franchise of Orlando-based SuperSlow Zone®, LLC, participates in “summer of strong women.”

At the Sarasota, Fla. location of SuperSlow Zone®, several female clients are taking advantage of this extra focus by sharing the exceptional results they are seeing utilizing the SuperSlow® strength training method.

Jill Rex, a 63-year-old sales professional and client of SuperSlow Zone® – Sarasota, Fla. said, “Because of SuperSlow Zone, this year was the first year I was able to walk without a limp and to wear small heels all day long; tennis shoes are now not necessary. Two years ago, I had surgery on my foot and had the muscle on the back of my leg lengthened.  I lost most of the muscle tone in my leg, so I walked with a limp. I could hardly stand to wear any type of dress shoes unless they had a very low heel. I am a sales representative for a hospital equipment company, and part of my job is to attend trade shows. I dreaded going to these shows because I knew I would have to stand on my feet all day long.  I would start off the day in cute two inch heels, and about noon I would put on low heels, and then when I would head for my hotel room for tennis shoes. My leg muscle is still smaller than the other, but it has come a long way with SuperSlow, and I am sure soon it will be better than before my surgery.”

Elaborating on Rex’s story, Pam Kirscher, co-owner SuperSlow Zone® Sarasota, Fla. and Certified SuperSlow® Instructor, said, “Today, many professionals are working longer and retiring later.  People lose 50 percent of their strength between ages 40 to 80 unless they exercise. The SuperSlow® protocol helps these professionals be strong, healthy and vital so they are able to continue to be productive and feel good about themselves as the years pass.”

Orlando, Fla. – June 13, 2008 – Madeline Ross, CEO of health and exercise franchise SuperSlow Zone®, issued a call-to-action to all women by declaring that summer 2008 is focused on “strong women.”  In videos and articles about SuperSlow Zone® female clients posted the company’s web site, http://www.superslowzone.com, Ross emphasizes the importance of women’s health, strength and grace through self-accountability with help.

Ross defines “grace” as a “women’s functionality.”  This is imperative of a “women’s self-accountability NOW.” According to Ross, it is tantamount to “invest now or pay more later” for your health, beauty and functionality.

SuperSlow® has been the leading strength training protocol for more than 26 distinguished years.  The SuperSlow® method is an expert supervised, 20-minute, twice-a-week, strength training protocol that has proven to be the safest, most efficient and effective form of strength training available. SuperSlow Zone’s® clients are men and women who seek a professional service that delivers maximum results in a minimum amount of time.  However, Ross is focusing on women as a special summer 2008 initiative.

”The message that SuperSlow Zone® feels it is imperative to send to women everywhere is that being strong…and I mean average woman of ALL ages, not just female athletes…is essential to our self-accountability. Strength is critical to a woman’s health, beauty (inner and outer) and grace. By ‘grace’ I don’t mean being ‘Princess Grace’ I mean the grace embodied in our functionality – through living our daily lives, by caring for ourselves and for others,” Ross said.

In the midst of rising health care costs, Ross also emphasizes the importance of investing in your health now, by utilizing a SuperSlow Zone® in your area.  The SuperSlow® exercise method has proven to be the most cost-efficient option for today’s busy population.  As Ross said, “SuperSlow Zone® gives you the most bang for your exercise buck in the shortest amount of time!”

The Boca Raton location of SuperSlow Zone®, a distinctive health and exercise franchise, was recently featured on WPTV News Channel 5.

Boca Raton, Fla. – June 5, 2008 – The Boca Raton, Fla. location of health and exercise franchise SuperSlow Zone® was recently featured on WPTV News Channel 5.  WPTV is the local NBC affiliate in Boca Raton, Fla.  The subject of the news feature, and subsequent article on the news channel’s web site, was entitled “Working Out in Your Work Clothes…Really.”  The report featured Rebecca Kline, a SuperSlow Zone® client, and Dara Carvalho, a well known wellness coach and fitness instructor.  Business owner and mother, Rebecca Kline, recently lost 12 pounds and four pant sizes utilizing the SuperSlow® method at her local SuperSlow Zone location in Boca Raton, Fla. The SuperSlow® method is a by-appointment, one-on-one personal strength training protocol that requires only a 20-minute workout twice a week, producing remarkable results.  In Rebecca’s case, she doesn’t even need to change out of her work clothes to exercise.

In the news feature, which aired May 26 and 27 and June 2, SuperSlow® instructor Randy Fine explained how each repetition is “positive for 10 seconds, then negative for 10 seconds, bringing the muscle to momentary fatigue.”  This method allows for maximum muscle utilization in a safe and stable environment. In addition to the general exerciser, the SuperSlow® method is also recommended for those with any medical diagnosis and/or health condition, including people with knee and hip problems who might normally find it  impossibleto strength train in a safe and effective manner.

Dara Carvalho, a wellness coach and fitness instructor, decided to give the SuperSlow Zone a try and was amazed at the results.  In the article she said, “It’s amazing.   I teach classes for a living, and it’s incredible how much different it is. The slow contractions, the time it takes, it fatigues the muscles. After three reps, I’m shaking.”

Gail Case, owner and operator of SuperSlow Zone® – Boca Raton, said, “SuperSlow Zone is a fitness phenomenon, and to be showcased by the news media before we are open a year is unheard of.  We are so happy to be sharing this information with those who are looking to become healthy and fit and did not know this opportunity was available to them.”
