Orlando, FL — May 25, 2016 – Korianne Mar has joined Brian Tracy, along with a select group of experts and professionals, to co-write the forthcoming book titled, Masters of Success: The World’s Leading Entrepreneurs and Professionals Reveal Their Secrets For Mastering Success In Health, Wealth and Lifestyle. Nick Nanton, Esq., along with business partner, JW Dicks, Esq., the leading agents to Celebrity Experts^® worldwide, recently signed a publishing deal with Mar to contribute her expertise to the book, which will be released under their CelebrityPress® imprint.

Masters of Success: The World’s Leading Entrepreneurs and Professionals Reveal Their Secrets For Mastering Success In Health, Wealth and Lifestyle is tentatively scheduled for release in fall 2016.

A portion of the royalties earned from Masters of Success will be donated to Entrepreneur’s International Foundation, a not for profit organization dedicated to creating unique launch campaigns to raise money and awareness for charitable causes.

Korianne Mar is a proud mom, wife, entrepreneur, world traveler and philanthropist. She was raised in Vietnam under a strict dad who fled her out of the country alone when she was in her late teen. She was seeking freedom and the opportunity called “the American dream.”  She came to America and worked non-stop to improve all aspects of her life, filled with a strong desire to live a well-balanced successful life filled with joy.  She always reminds herself that she is a life-long learner.  She worked two jobs to put herself though college and finished double majors with no student debts.

She feared missing out a lot of interesting experiences and spending time with her kids and family.  She knew that working for someone else would not provide her the freedom of time nor would it create her desired financial independence.

Seeking out a new opportunity to become her own boss, she found one in the finance sector, specializing in residential mortgages. She trained under a mortgage broker with thirty-five years of career experience and after three months, she founded her own mortgage company. She closed over $150 million in residential mortgage loans.  While running a very lucrative successful mortgage company, she started building a rental business for her family, focusing on residential investments. By 2008, her real estate investments provided enough financial independence and she withdrew from the mortgage business.

During the last fifteen years of her real estate career, she has bought/sold over ninety rental projects.  She is now spending time managing rental projects in six different regions around the United States and still actively selling and buying when an investment makes sense.    She enjoys spending time with her family and travelling around the world a year. She is an avid fitness fanatic, loves outdoor activities, and she is a consistent donor for to benefit humanity and homeless projects.
