Fuquan Bilal

Fuquan Bilal, the Company’s Manager and CEO, has 17 years of experience both in residential real estate as well as the distressed residential real estate note industry. Fuquan has successfully managed three private mortgage note funds that primarily invest in single-family residential real estate debt (notes) related to single-family residential real estate. Fuquan’s private note fund portfolios consist of non-performing and re-performing residential mortgage loans. Fuquan’s extensive real estate and mortgage note experience includes successfully managing a portfolio of 150 properties.

Gerald Lucas

Gerald Lucas, the Company’s President, is a landlord, investor, licensed Realtor and internationally recognized real estate expert. Since purchasing his first property in 2000, Gerald has bought, sold, owned and managed condos, single & multi-family homes and apartment complexes. Gerald has successfully negotiated hundreds of real estate short sales and is the author of “Short Sale Specifics”. Gerald’s previous fund experience includes being Chief Investment Officer of US Masters Residential Property Fund REIT, where he developed the property investment strategy, hired the initial team of professionals, raised over $100 million to invest in residential property and oversaw the first $20 million of all property acquisitions.
