Dr. Beverly Yates, ND is a 1994 graduate of the National College of Natural Medicine in Portland, OR.  She is also a graduate of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), where she earned her undergraduate degree in electrical engineering and minored in bio-electrical engineering. Dr. Yates’ career is focused on helping people with chronic illnesses feel better for life.  She is currently developing online platforms, digital content and products that support people in feeling their best and performing at peak levels.

Dr. Yates served as the lead supervising doctor for the first ever fully accredited Naturopathic and Integrative medical residency in the state of California.  She was a governor appointee to California’s Naturopathic Medicine Committee, which regulates the Naturopathic medical profession on a state level.

Recently, in response to Dr. Yates’ contributions to community health, she provided testimony for the Tri-Caucus of the California legislature concerning the growing impact of obesity and diabetes in communities of color around the state and the country. Her clinical practice is in Marin County, California where she focuses on the use of natural medicines, supplements, botanical medicines, and other plant-based, nature-derived solutions to chronic health problems.
