John Chin will team with CelebrityPress, a leading book publishing company, and several leading experts from around the world to release the book, “The Ultimate Success Guide”

Orlando, Fla. – February 8, 2013 – John Chin has joined a select group of the world’s leading experts, along with noted business development expert, best-selling author and speaker, Brian Tracy, co-write the forthcoming book titled, “The Ultimate Success Guide: The World’s Leading Experts Reveal Their Secrets for Success in Business and in Life.” Nick Nanton, Esq., along with business partner, JW Dicks, Esq., recently signed a publishing deal with each of these authors to contribute their expertise to the book, which will be released under their CelebrityPress imprint.

An investor, real estate coach, and educator, John Chin is the founder of US Investor Network which provides a full-service solution for investors seeking to capitalize on emerging U.S. markets.

His firm provides consultation services, including project feasibility analysis, income evaluation, renovation oversight, and local property management. This “turn key” model enables remote buyers the ability to safely and passively invest in residential income properties.

A U.S. Air Force veteran, John is a licensed real estate broker with over 17 years of real estate experience, serving commercial and residential investors, both foreign and domestic.
