Vanessa Nunez will team with CelebrityPress, a leading book publishing company, and several leading experts from around the world to release the book, “Victory”

Orlando, Fla. – March 8, 2013 – Vanessa Nunez has joined America’s leading experts, along with best-selling author and speaker, Tom Hopkins, to co-author the forthcoming book titled, “Victory: The World’s Leading Experts Reveal Their Secrets for Winning in Health, Wealth, & Success in the New Economy.” Nick Nanton, Esq., along with business partner, JW Dicks, Esq., recently signed a publishing deal with each of these authors to contribute their expertise to the book, which will be released under their CelebrityPress imprint.

Vanessa Nunez studied architecture and interior design at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette, upon graduation moved to St. Thomas, USVI and had much success in high-end jewelry sales and as a entrepreneur in the restaurant business with her ex-husband. Returning to the states she was ready willing and ripe for her long time passion in real estate, she quickly made her mark in the Austin Real Estate market, establishing Austin Board of Realtors “Rookie of the Year” 2011 in just a short 7.5 months from obtaining her license. She has been noted by many colleagues for her tenacity, drive, focus and loyalty she delivers to her clients, peers and partners in business.

Vanessa is seen as an inspiration to many for her constant rally to motivate herself and others around her. She recently moved herself and 8 agents to Goldwasser Real Estate the #1 Real Estate Company in Austin, Texas to take her business to the next level. On recommendation she created her own team of agents ‘The V-Group’ at Goldwasser Real Estate as well as actively recruiting new and experienced agents to Goldwasser.

Vanessa in her 2nd calendar year was nominated for Austin Business Journals prestigious award “Power in Profiles” featuring the top women in business in Central Texas, nominated for Platinum Top 50, and nominated for Austin Board of Realtors Salesperson of the Year 2012. Vanessa also shared her ‘secrets’ in her success on Top Producer panels including Texas Association of Realtors convention 2012.
