Kate (Preeti) Braganti will team with several leading real estate experts from across the country to release the new  real estate book “Top Dollar.”

Valencia, CA – February 10, 2015 – Commercial and residential real estate investment expert, Kate Braganti, has joined a select group of leading real estate experts and entrepreneurs from across the country to co-author the forthcoming book titled, Top Dollar: The World’s Leading Real Estate Experts Reveal Proven Price Strategies So You Can Get Top Dollar for Your Home in Minimum Time! Kate and others will team with noted real estate professionals, members of the National Association of Expert Advisors and business growth strategists, Jay Kinder and Michael Reese, to launch this book later this year.

Kate Braganti, then known as Preeti Singh, found her professional home when she entered into real estate in 2002 and opened her first company Ishneet Enterprises in 2004.  She was instantly drawn to the potential she had to help clients achieve their real estate goals through her taking the initiative to become an expert.  The field of expertise that Kate committed to was investment real estate.  She hasn’t looked back since.  Today she is a commercial and residential broker/owner of companies now known as

A portion of the royalties earned from Top Dollar will be donated to Entrepreneur’s International Foundation, a not for profit organization dedicated to creating unique launch campaigns to raise money and awareness for charitable causes.

Top Dollar is tentatively scheduled for release in Summer 2015.
