Seattle, Wash. – January 31, 2011 – Jason Epstein, Seattle personal injury and car accident attorney, recently published an article on his website, http://www.StraightTalkLaw.com, titled “Pedestrian Safety Tips.” In the article, Jason, explains that even the most alert pedestrian can be at risk of being in an accident from negligent or distracted drivers.  Jason wrote the article to give a few tips to pedestrians to help lower the risk of being in a serious accident.

Jason gives 5 helpful tips for pedestrian safety, including being aware of the rules of the road you are on, looking both ways before crossing streets, being aware of your surroundings, not assuming that drivers are paying attention and avoiding construction site areas.
