Richard McFarland will team with CelebrityPress, a leading book publishing company, and several leading experts from around the world to release the book, “Think and Grow Rich Today”

Orlando, Fla. – March 27th, 2013 – Richard McFarland has joined a select group of the world’s leading experts to co-write the forthcoming book titled, “Think and Grow Rich Today: The World’s Leading Experts Reveal How They are Using the Classic Principles of Napoleon Hill to Think and Grow Rich Today! ” Nick Nanton, Esq., along with business partner, JW Dicks, Esq., recently signed a publishing deal with each of these authors to contribute their expertise to the book, which will be released under their CelebrityPress imprint.

Richard is a 30-year veteran of building software systems that helps companies better serve their customers.  As a seasoned systems designer and leading authority on contact centers in many different industries he brings a wide range of expertise to each client. He is a sought after resource for bringing multi-media communications and business process automation to the enterprise.   His experience, combined with the latest technologies provided by his company, Voice4net, allows organizations to realize major return on assets used in the contact center.

His primary mission is to eradicate bad customer service worldwide and create a “pleasant” experience for both customer service staff and customers alike.   Thus creating an instant bridge of communications that empowers the end user with easy to use tools and toys that make doing business more fun.
