Fairhope, AL, April 18, 2016: Tax Attorney John Willis, CEO and founder of IRSALLSTAR.com, recently posted a new article on his website entitled “Congress Not Needed. IRS Adopts Its Own Taxpayer Bill of Rights.”  Most taxpayers may not be aware that there have ever been any taxpayer rights. However, Mr. Willis says otherwise and elaborates on the newest rights.

Willis states, “Back in the 1990’s Congress passed a taxpayer bill of rights twice.
