The Elder & Disability Law Firm Founder, Victoria L Collier Helps The Middle Class

Certified Elder Care Attorney, Victoria Collier reveals her passion for helping those with few and limited assets plan for Medicaid assistance before disaster strikes and wipes out their hard earned savings.

Decatur, GA,  September 6, 2017: Victoria L. Collier, founder of The Elder & Disability Law Firm, has posted a new blog on her law firm’s website entitled “Medicaid Planning For Middle Class to Low Income Clients.” Ms. Collier speaks as an advocate for those who make up the “backbone” of America and urges the middle class not to wait for disaster to strike.

Victoria CollierCollier states, “The middle class in this country is diminishing rapidly.” She continues adding, “For those in the middle class, it requires every bit of wit and wisdom to hold onto the hard earned money you’ve worked for your entire life. If illness comes suddenly upon you all of your assets could be wiped out in a heartbeat.”

According to Collier, “The wealthy turn to tax planners to protect their assets. However, those in the middle class and those less well off typically only have Medicaid to turn to.” “Medicaid is rarely if ever a consideration among the well to do,” says Collier. She adds, “It is my passion to help those who need it most. One of those ways of helping is through Medicaid Planning.”
