DECATUR, GA, November 13, 2019: Victoria L. Collier, founder of The Estate & Asset Protection Law Firm, has posted a new blog on her law firm’s website entitled “Remember The Veterans Who Served Our Country,” in which Ms. Collier offers ways to remember and honor veterans.

Victoria CollierCollier states, “Veteran’s Day is always November 11th, but sometimes formally recognized the Monday after as a federal holiday.” She continues, “I spent 6 years in the Air Force, during Desert Storm and 3 years in the Army Reserves during Iraqi Freedom. This experience has ingrained within me even more respect for our military members who served during WWII, Korea, and Vietnam..”

“Today, in my law practice,” says Collier, “as a national expert on the VA Wartime Pension (Aid and Attendance benefits), I focus on helping veterans and their widows who need additional assistance with activities of daily living qualify for and receive tax-free income from the VA.”

Collier writes, “I hope you’ll take a few moments this Veteran’s Day to honor those brave men and women who have served our country. If you don’t know how to honor our veterans, below are a few suggestions that may serve as inspiration.”

According to Collier, “There are more than 40,000 U.S. charities dedicated to assisting U.S. veterans. However you might not know which one to choose. Consider donating to a local charity that helps veterans in your own community.”
