The Estate & Asset Protection Law Firm Founder, Victoria L Collier, Writes About How Life Events Can Make Estate And Asset Protection Plans Null And Void

Estate & Asset Protection Attorney, Victoria Collier tells readers that ever-changing life events can render legal plans illegal and suggests a review to make sure important legal plans remain legal.

DECATUR, GA, September 27, 2019: Victoria L. Collier, founder of The Estate & Asset Protection Law Firm, has posted a new article on her law firm’s website entitled “Time For A Late Summer Review Of Estate And Asset Protection Plans.” Ms. Collier features five areas that require frequent reviews.

Victoria CollierCollier writes, “Summer is drawing to a close soon.” She continues, “There are, however, still plenty of long lazy days before the buzz of fall begins. I often suggest that people use some of this late summer down-time to review whatever legal plans have been put in place for long-term estate planning and asset protection.” “And,” she adds, “if you don’t have a plan, this slower time is perfect for scheduling a meeting with an Estate and Asset Protection Attorney to explore your options.”

Collier lists five areas that are necessary to review from time-to-time including Trustee assignments, family transitions such as births, deaths, marriages and divorces and life insurance.

As Collier points out, “Life’s continuous seamless forward motion can have an adverse effect on the best laid plans. Marriages, births, deaths, divorces, illnesses, accidents, irreconcilable disputes – without question, they keep life interesting, challenging and must be kept up with for the legal enactment of your estate and asset protection plan.”
