Top Carolinas Orthodontic Professional Kerry White Brown Releases New Article Sharing How to Be More Productive Earlier in the Day

Dr. Kerry White Brown, an esteemed Orthodontist with nearly 20 years’ experience, publishes new piece outlining methods for experiencing more daily productivity.

Columbia, South Carolina — March 15, 2018 — Carolina Orthodontist Kerry White Brown recently published a new article, “Be Productive Earlier in the Day: Here’s How!”

As Dr. White Brown says, “You’ve probably heard most of your life the early bird gets the worm or other such variations of this sentiment. Basically, with the bottom line being that getting a jump on the day means getting a jump on everything and everyone else.”

On the other hand, counters Dr. White Brown, while those are just sayings, there is a bunch of truth in that idea. In fact, she adds, “There have been numerous studies done that seem to indicate those who rise earlier in the morning, get more accomplished in a day than those who get up later, even when adjusted for bedtime.”

Dr. White Brown then explains that even if you’re not currently an early bird, there are several simple ways you can make the change.

One specific suggestion she gives specifically, is to try setting a reverse alarm. This is when you set an alarm one hour before bedtime. When it goes off, you then begin winding the day down to prepare yourself for bed. A particular thing this does is help ensure you put the devices down during this time, making you sleep more soundly.

Another thing Dr. White Brown recommends is pulling your wake-up time back by five minutes every day. Avoiding drastic swings by implementing small, incremental, changes, helps your body adjust to the difference more easily.
