Dr. Kerry White Brown, an esteemed Orthodontist with nearly 20 years’ experience, publishes new piece with methods for self-confidence improvement

Columbia, South Carolina — March 9, 2018 — Carolina Orthodontist Kerry White Brown recently published a new article, “6 Ways to Boost Your Self-Confidence.”

Self-confidence can sometimes feel elusive for moms. On the other hand, says Dr. White Brown, “The good news is that you can rather easily boost your self-confidence by focusing your energy on just a few key aspects.”

Dr. White Brown says the first step to improving this situation is to figure out why your self-confidence is low. However, she cautions that if your self-confidence is so low that you feel worthless, it may be time to consider speaking with a professional.

For general low self-confidence though, she provides many tips to help you improve it because as she says, “It is important to regain your confidence because it affects everything we do, including your career, friendships, and relationships.”

After receiving her undergraduate degree from Benedict College she attended Howard University College of Dentistry, where she received her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree and completed her orthodontic specialty training.
