She specializes in working with industry professionals to develop, write and obtain state and national approval for continuing education courses and has developed software for organizations to track and manage their training and education requirements.  Her focus is always leveraging her expertise with others to develop strong networks focused on growth.

Ginger has over 15 years of experience in the real estate, mortgage and banking industry.  She is a National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) and National Association of Mortgage Brokers (NAMB), approved course developer and instructor and serves on the Oregon Association of Mortgage Professionals Board of Directors.  In 2011 Ginger was awarded the “Professional Woman of the Year” award by the National Association of Professional Women for her commitment to training and education.
