Certified Business Coach, Licensed Attorney and Best-Selling Co-Author, Jennifer Anderson, Encourages Her Readers To Use The Enforced Downtime To Develop A Healthier Mindset.

Certified business coach, licensed attorney and best-selling co-author, Jennifer Anderson, explains that one can choose to think like Einstein or Frankenstein and that the healthier ones’ mindset the more likely their business will be able to survive the current COVID19 pandemic.

San Antonio, TX – April 29, 2020 – Jennifer Anderson, attorney, Business Coach and co-author of The Art Of Success with Jack Canfield, posted a new blog on her company website entitled Thinking Like Einstein Or Frankenstein Is A Choice, in which Ms. Anderson sheds a little light on both ways of thinking.

According to Anderson, “In my life one of the most important things I’ve learned is that there are very few things within our human control.” She elaborates, “We don’t consciously control our heartbeat nor our liver function nor our digestion. (Our unconscious mind controls all of those functions and helps us remember how to do activities we take for granting like walking and reading with ease.) We most certainly do not have any immediate, conscious control over Mother Nature.”

Anderson points out, “The one thing we do have the ability to control, despite the fact that so few people investigate HOW, is over our own minds.” She goes on to add, “So many people, at the first and least sign of trouble, drop right into doomsday thinking. I like to call it Frankenstein thinking because it rhymes with Einstein whose thinking was always on a high, optimistic note.” She continues adding, “While most people think Frankenstein was the monster’s name, it is actually the name of the scientist who created the monster. And as The Atlantic states, “Frankenstein is a warning about a hubristic, overreaching science that unleashes forces it cannot control,” somehow the juxtaposition feels appropriate.” https://www.theatlantic.com/science/archive/2017/04/franken-science/523560/

“In the business world,” Anderson writes, “particularly in the realm of small and micro-business, mindset is going to be your most valuable asset. And this historic time that the entire world is experiencing is going to demonstrate this like no other.” Anderson states, “If like Einstein you believed, “There are only two ways to live your life. One is as though nothing is a miracle. The other is as though everything is a miracle.” You would see every event in your life, including the current COVID19 pandemic as something utterly miraculous and important.”
