Civil, Family, Business and Employment Litigation Attorney Teresa L. De Ford, Hits Amazon.com Best Seller List With “More Than Money”

Teresa L. De Ford, family, business, and employment attorney, recently hit two separate Amazon.com best seller lists with the new book, “More Than Money: Creating a Legacy That Really Matters.”

Orlando, Fla. – May 18, 2011 – Teresa L. De Ford, family, business and employment law attorney, recently joined noted attorney and media legal expert, Alexis Neely and other leading attorneys, to co-write the book titled, More Than Money: Creating a Legacy That Really Matters. The book was published by CelebrityPress™, a leading business and marketing book publisher founded by Nick Nanton, Esq. and business partner, JW Dicks, Esq. On the day of release, More Than Money reached best-seller status on Amazon.com, reaching #3 in both the Reference and Aging categories.

Over the last 15 years, Teresa’s legal practice has focused primarily on personal injury defense trial law with an emphasis on trucking and oilfield injury litigation defense. Teresa has also handled business and employment law matters and numerous appeals. Recently, Teresa has found a passion in helping people learn how to best protect their families and businesses and she has expanded her practice to focus on that need.

The new book, More Than Money: Creating a Legacy That Really Matters was released on Thursday, May 12, 2011.  It features strategies for family and wealth planning beyond the typical advice of passing money along to one’s family and heirs. While these attorneys certainly understand the value of such planning, they authored the book to shed light on the more important subjects that transcend the typical financial portion of an estate plan.  Ms. De Ford contributed a chapter to the book titled “That Will Never Happen To Me – The Myth!”

From CelebrityPress:

What is life really all about? Why are we really here? What do you really leave behind when you die? This is a book that answers those questions for you, not on the spiritual or metaphysical plane, but instead from the perspective that matters most to us – how will you impact those people you care about most after you are gone? In this unique collaborative style book, these questions are answered by some of the top lawyers throughout the United States and Canada who specialize in this field.

Why are lawyers answering the questions about the meaning of life, why we are here and what really happens when we die? Because these lawyers get an ‘up-close and personal’ view of the reality of what we leave behind on a continuing basis. They work with their clients daily to help leave a meaningful and lasting legacy that is about so much More Than Money.

After such a successful release, Teresa L. De Ford will be recognized by The National Academy of Best-Selling Authors™, an organization that honors authors from many of the leading independent best seller lists.
