Felinton Elder Law & Estate Planning Centers Founder, Mindy Felinton Makes A Holiday Gift Suggestion That Will Provide Greater Pleasure Than Another ‘Ugly’ Sweater

Elder Care Attorney, Mindy Felinton writes about the season of giving and receiving and suggests that putting an estate and asset protection plan in place could be the most appreciated gift of all.

Delray Beach, FL December 30, 2019: Mindy Felinton, founder of Felinton Elder Law & Estate Planning Centers, has posted a new blog on her law firm’s website entitled “Tis The Season To Put An Estate And Asset Protection Plan In Place.” Ms. Felinton recognizes the importance of a gift that is more substantial than another sweater or pair of socks.

Mindy Felinton“For many,” writes Felinton, “this is the season to frolic and be merry. It’s a time of gift giving and receiving, of celebrating and looking forward to the New Year.” She continues adding, “This is a very good time of year to do something you’ve been promising yourself to do for a long time: Schedule a meeting with a qualified and reputable attorney to create an estate and asset protection plan.”

Felinton asks, “Can you imagine a more important gift you can give to yourself, your family and loved ones?” She follows up by stating, “This is the kind of gift that will truly be appreciated.” She contends, “Certainly you will be the one who may be most pleased immediately. But if something were to happen to you, your loved ones would be happy to know that you cared enough to take the time to think into the future and have everything organized with legal directives in place.”
