Momma’s Secret Recipe for Retirement Success is tentatively scheduled for release in Spring 2019.

A portion of the royalties earned from Momma’s Secret Recipe for Retirement Success will be donated to Entrepreneur’s International Foundation, a not-for-profit organization dedicated to creating awareness for charitable causes.

About Doug Ray

Doug has been a financial advisor for 30 years and realized very early in his career the critical difference in the financial needs of those 5 to 10 years on either side of retirement as compared with those still building careers and retirement portfolios. He has offices in south Charlotte and Clemmons with clients throughout North and South Carolina.

Doug has been a Top of the Table member for the last 9 years representing the top 1% of all insurance and financial advisors in the world.  He holds an MBA as well as designations as a Retirement Income Certified Planner (RICP®), Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) and is a licensed insurance professional for life and long-term care products in North and South Carolina. He hosts ‘The Wealth Guardians’ Radio show heard on WPTI 94.5FM, the Piedmont’s Talk Radio Saturday mornings and holds frequent public workshops on financial topics that can affect retirement income to include social security optimization, taxes in retirement, and long-term health care planning.

Doug and his wife Sherrie have been married 38 years and are blessed with two sons, a beautiful daughter in law and two cherished grandchildren.  Doug is a member of Harrison United Methodist Church and has completed the Dave Ramsey Financial Peace University Course. In the past, he’s served as a facilitator of Crown Financial Ministries, a faith based financial program. He’s raised funds for Make a Wish Foundation through his radio show and continues to give back to his community through church and community organizations including providing educational seminars. His hobbies include golf, collecting coins and cheering his beloved Green Bay Packers, East Carolina Pirates and of course, the Carolina Panthers.
