A product of the success principles he teaches, Nate had a highly decorated collegiate football career at the University of Central Arkansas earning All Conference, All District and All American accolades. During his time there, the Surgical Hospital of Jonesboro received the Joint Replacement Excellence Award and Spine Surgery Excellence Award from Healthgrades. They were one of only 13 hospitals in the country to achieve both these awards. The Delta Group also placed the Surgical Hospital of Jonesboro in the top 2% of all acute care hospitals in the United States.
