About TJ Vitense:
TJ Vitense was born and raised in the Madison, WI,area and fell in love with real estate at a young age. He started in property management at the age of 16, and from that moment on, TJ knew he would work in the real estate industry, in some capacity. TJ’s love for real estate lead to him obtaining his degree from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, with a degree in Finance and emphasis on Real Estate. Shortly after graduation in 2005, TJ obtained his Real Estate license and hasn’t looked back. While TJ has focused solely on residential real estate, you will also find him investing in his own rental properties and helping others see the benefit of owning residential income property.
TJ is the founder of Strategic Real Estate Experts and is constantly pushing the envelope on what is possible when helping home buyers and sellers. TJ’s real estate career started at a young age but that hasn’t stopped him from enjoying some time away from work with people he cares about. While TJ is passionate about changing the Real Estate industry, you’ll also find him spending time with his family, coaching youth hockey, playing softball, seeing the fall colors in northern Wisconsin and having his nieces and nephews over to visit. TJ says he also really enjoys that Jesus fella and spending any free time with Big V (his dad) and Bitsy. Special thanks should also go out to Shawn, Ryan, his friend Ted, and everyone else who has been a part of his life, including his Mom (Robin) and Stepdad (Greg). According to some, TJ is deep down a kid at heart and loves life to the fullest.
