Real Estate Agent, TJ Vitense, Signs Publishing Deal With CelebrityPress^® To Co-Author New Book

Founder of Strategic Real Estate Experts, TJ Vitense, will team up with other leading professionals, including expert realtors Jay Kinder and Mike Reese, to release the new book, Real Estate GameChangers.

Madison, WI – April 3, 2017 – TJ Vitense, who specializes in residential real estate in southern Wisconsin, has joined a select group of leading real estate professionals to co-write the forthcoming book titled Real Estate GameChangers. He has recently signed a publishing deal to contribute his expertise to the book, which features content from the esteemed real estate team Jay Kinder and Mike Reese, founders of Kinder Reese Real Estate Partners. The book will be released under the CelebrityPress^® LLC imprint in conjunction with the National Association of Expert Advisors^®, an organization seeking to revolutionize real estate by providing the highest standards in specialized knowledge, skills training, and advisory counsel to the highest class of real estate agents in the nation.

Real Estate GameChangers is tentatively scheduled for release in summer 2017.

A portion of the royalties earned from Real Estate GameChangers will be donated to Entrepreneur’s International Foundation, a not for profit organization dedicated to creating awareness for charitable causes.

About TJ Vitense:

TJ Vitense was born and raised in the Madison, WI, area and fell in love with real estate at a young age. He started in property management at the age of 16, and from that moment on, TJ knew he would work in the real estate industry, in some capacity. TJ’s love for real estate led to him obtaining his degree from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater with a degree in Finance and emphasis in Real Estate. Shortly after graduation in 2005, TJ obtained his Real Estate license and hasn’t looked back. While TJ has focused, solely, on residential real estate, you will also find him investing in his own rental properties and helping others see the benefit of owning residential income property.

TJ says he also really enjoys that Jesus fella and spending any free time with Big V (his dad) and Bitsy.
