Doylestown, PA – July 3, 2018 – Founder and President of Pro-Active Learning, Inc., Jim Shute, recently signed a publishing deal to co-write the forthcoming book titled, The Will to Win, published by CelebrityPress® LLC. The new book is an assortment of motivating lessons intended to help you find your way to success! From real estate to financial planning to positive mindsets, the ThoughtLeaders® featured provide encouragement for a multitude of life’s facets. In addition to Shute’s expertise, the publication features content from renowned voices such as best-selling author® Brian Tracy. The Will to Win is tentatively scheduled for release in Fall 2018.
A portion of the royalties earned from The Will to Win will be donated to Entrepreneur’s International Foundation, a not-for-profit organization dedicated to creating awareness for charitable causes.

Jim Shute has been helping people to succeed through learning and professional development for over 35 years. A career-long sales professional, Jim is founder and president of Pro-Active Learning, Inc., a company that develops and delivers sales and customer service training programs for companies in premium market sectors. Clients have included Bristol-Myers, Correct Craft and Johnson & Johnson—along with a who’s who among premium automotive brands (Audi, Aston-Martin, BMW, Jaguar, Land Rover, Lexus, and Porsche).
In 2001, Jim formed Pro-Active Learning to implement solutions that deliver not just information but improved capability to people—converting “programs from headquarters into practices in the field or at retail.” He has extensive skills and experience in the areas of analysis, design, and development of content/information, and delivery of the resulting knowledge and skills to people within organizations.
